12 - 24 small rosemary leaves (optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Combine cream cheese, cheddar, chives, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
02 - Scoop heaping teaspoons of the cheese mixture and shape each into small oval or acorn forms using your hands.
03 - Press the top half of each shaped cheese ball into the chopped pecans and the bottom half into parsley or dill to create a contrasting coating.
04 - Insert a mini pretzel stick into the top of each cheese ball to mimic an acorn stem. Optionally, add a rosemary leaf alongside for decoration.
05 - Arrange the acorn-shaped bites on a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm up before serving.
