# Ingredient list:
→ Bread
01 - 4 slices sourdough or brioche bread
→ Cheese & Filling
02 - 120 grams Brie cheese, sliced
03 - 1 small crisp apple (e.g., Granny Smith), thinly sliced
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
→ Butter
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
→ Garnish (optional)
06 - 2 small strips roasted red bell pepper (for flame)
07 - 2 thin chive stems (for wick)
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat to prepare for grilling.
02 - Lightly butter one side of each bread slice evenly.
03 - Place two bread slices buttered side down on a clean surface. Layer evenly with Brie slices, then apple slices, and drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each.
04 - Top each with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up, pressing gently to ensure even contact.
05 - Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side until the bread is golden brown and cheese fully melts, pressing gently with a spatula to seal.
06 - Trim sandwich edges for a clean rectangular shape, then stand each upright. Use roasted red bell pepper strips as flames and chive stems as wicks to mimic Christmas candles.
07 - Serve the sandwiches warm and enjoy immediately.
