# How to Make It:
01 - In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, goat cheese, and Parmesan together until smooth and creamy.
02 - Stir in chives, parsley, Champagne, black pepper, garlic powder, lemon zest, and salt until thoroughly mixed.
03 - Refrigerate the cheese mixture for 15 to 20 minutes to firm it up for easier shaping.
04 - In a shallow dish, combine crushed walnuts and mixed chopped herbs.
05 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the chilled cheese mixture and mold each into a small cylinder resembling a Champagne cork.
06 - Roll each shaped piece in the walnut and herb coating until fully covered.
07 - Vertically insert a pretzel stick or mini breadstick into the top of each cheese ball to mimic a cork stem.
08 - Arrange the finished cheese balls on a platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
