01 - 2 cans (14 oz each) white beans (cannellini or navy), drained and rinsed
02 - 5.3 oz feta cheese, crumbled

03 - 1 medium cucumber, diced
04 - 8.8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
05 - 1 small red onion, finely diced
06 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
07 - 2.1 oz pitted Kalamata olives, sliced
08 - 1 handful fresh parsley, chopped
→ Dressing
09 - 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
10 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
11 - 1 garlic clove, minced
12 - 1 tsp dried oregano
13 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
# How to Make It:
01 - In a large bowl, mix the white beans, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, red bell pepper, olives, and parsley.
