# How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 400°F or prepare a grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute spices.
- Divide seasoned beef into six equal portions. Flatten each into a rectangle and wrap tightly around each hot dog, pressing to seal edges.
- Encircle each beef-wrapped hot dog with a slice of bacon, securing ends with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or directly on the grill. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally until bacon is crispy and beef is cooked through.
- Toast hot dog buns lightly if desired.
- Insert cooked hot dogs into buns. Top each with sliced jalapeños, diced red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped cilantro as preferred. Add ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise to taste.
- Serve immediately while hot, ensuring flavors are fresh and toppings remain crisp.
