01 - 8 mini bagels, sliced in half
02 - 6 oz cream cheese, softened (plain or flavored)

03 - 16 small black olives, sliced
04 - 8 baby carrots, cut into thin strips
05 - 16 thin cucumber rounds
06 - 8 red bell pepper strips
07 - 16 capers or black peppercorns
08 - 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped (optional)

# How to Make It:
01 - Apply a generous layer of softened cream cheese on the bottom half of each mini bagel.
02 - If desired, layer with cheese, deli slices, and lettuce; then top with the other half of the bagel.
03 - Place each assembled mini bagel sandwich cut-side up on a serving platter.
04 - Create a snowman face on the top half by placing two olive slices for eyes, a carrot strip for the nose, and arrange capers or peppercorns as a smiling mouth. Use cucumber rounds and red bell pepper strips to form a scarf below the face, and sprinkle chives for a festive finish if desired.
