Ingredients

  • Meat & Beans: 500 g (1 lb) ground beef 1 can (400 g/14 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed 2 tbsp taco seasoning mix 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Chips & Base: 300 g (10 oz) sturdy tortilla chips
  • Cheese: 250 g (2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese 100 g (1 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Toppings & Field Decorations: 120 g (1/2 cup) sour cream (for field lines) 2 ripe avocados, mashed (for field base) 100 g (1/2 cup) prepared salsa 100 g (1 cup) chopped cherry tomatoes (for fans or decoration) 1 small red bell pepper, diced (for corner flags) 60 g (1/4 cup) sliced black olives 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
