09 - 2 cups water for cooking boba
10 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar

11 - 1/2 cup ice cubes

# How to Make It:
01 - Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add tapioca pearls, stir continuously, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or according to package directions until chewy. Drain thoroughly and toss with brown sugar. Set aside.
02 - Combine sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Process until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
03 - Place matcha powder in a small bowl and add hot water at 175°F. Whisk vigorously using a bamboo whisk or milk frother until frothy and fully dissolved. Stir in honey or simple syrup. Add milk and blend gently.
04 - Divide cooked boba between two glasses. Layer strawberry purée over boba. Add ice cubes. Slowly pour matcha milk mixture over strawberry layer to create distinct layers. Top with additional milk if desired.
05 - Serve immediately with wide boba straws. Stir well before drinking to combine flavors.
