- Herbed goat cheese: 80 g
- Crème fraîche: 2 tbsp
- Horseradish sauce: 2 tbsp
- Rustic baguette: 1 small, sliced and lightly toasted
- Rye crackers: 100 g
- Pumpernickel bread: 100 g, sliced
- Lemon: 1, cut into wedges
