- 1. Prepare the red layer:
- In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry (or cherry) gelatin with 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Mix in 1/2 cup cold water. Pour about 1 tablespoon into each shot cup. Refrigerate for 1 hour, until set.
- 2. Prepare the white layer:
- In a separate bowl, dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until smooth and combined. Cool to room temperature.
