# Ingredient list:

→ Fruit

01 - 20 large fresh strawberries, stems removed

→ Chocolate Coating

02 - 7 oz white chocolate or candy melts
03 - 5 oz green candy melts or green white chocolate
04 - 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

→ Decorations

05 - 40 mini marshmallows
06 - 40 red and/or white candy pearls or mini candies
07 - 2 tbsp festive sprinkles (red, white, or green)
08 - Edible glitter (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries, ensuring no moisture remains on the surface.
02 - Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
03 - In a separate bowl, melt the green candy melts or green-tinted white chocolate, adding coconut oil if desired for a smoother texture.
04 - Hold each strawberry by the tip and dip the base about two-thirds of the way up into the green chocolate to form the elf hat. Allow excess to drip off.
05 - Quickly dip the very tip of the strawberry into the white chocolate to create the pom-pom.
06 - Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
07 - While the chocolate is still wet, press a mini marshmallow onto the tip for the pom-pom and arrange another mini marshmallow or sprinkle candies around the base to trim the hat. Add candy pearls or sprinkles as desired.
08 - Let the strawberries set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
