# How to Make It:
01 - Slice the mini bagels horizontally and arrange them cut-side up on a large serving platter forming five interlocking circles resembling Olympic rings.
02 - Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
03 - Separate the cream cheese mixture evenly into five small bowls. Add the corresponding colored toppings: black olives for black, yellow bell pepper for yellow, dill or chives for green, tomatoes or roasted red peppers for red, and purple cabbage or a drop of blue food coloring for blue. Stir each until fully incorporated.
04 - Generously spread each colored cream cheese mixture onto two mini bagel halves, matching the colors of the Olympic rings.
05 - Arrange the decorated bagels on the platter to form the Olympic rings with slight overlapping where needed.
06 - Place one basil leaf on each ring and optionally sprinkle edible gold dust or sesame seeds for a medal-like shine.
