- 1/4 cup (60 ml) pure maple syrup: or honey if not vegan
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract:
- Pinch of sea salt:
- Optional toppings: fresh berries, shaved dark chocolate, toasted coconut flakes, chopped nuts
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Place the avocados, cocoa powder, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Step 2:
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Step 3:
- Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa to your preference. Blend again if needed.
